RETURN POLICY

 

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Mosaic Fair Trade Collection.

But we understand...sometimes it just isn't meant to be!

 

IN-STORE Return Policy:

Items to be returned or exchanged must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with tags/stickers still attached and must be accompanied by a receipt.

All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date. The customer will either receive merchandise credit or may exchange for another item.

There are no cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.

All clearance sale items are final sale.


ONLINE Return Policy:

Please let us know what you plan to return and your purpose for the return.

Returns are only for store credit. Store credit may be used in-store only.

Items to be returned must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with tags or stickers still attached. All returns must be postmarked (or brought into the store) within 14 days of delivery date. The customer will receive merchandise credit in our system. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears to be damaged by the customer.

There are no credit refunds under any circumstances.

All sale items are final sale.

Due to the fast selling pace of limited quantity items, exchanges are not available online.

Please note: when shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Mosaic Fair Trade Collection is not responsible for shipping costs, nor for lost items. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 business days for this to process.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

All orders received after 4:00 pm (EST) / 1:00 pm (PST) will be processed on the following business day.  Delays can occur if we need to investigate mistakes made during the checkout process or any other order irregularity. To avoid delays, please be sure to confirm the accuracy of all billing and shipping information.  We use USPS for shipping.

Shipping (excluding Alaska & Hawaii):

 

Standard Shipping - $5.99 (FREE Shipping for orders over $100)

Free Local Shipping for orders over $20 - select option at checkout

Exceptions due to Mailing Delays:

 

Some packages may take longer to arrive due to mailing delays. If packages are shipping using USPS, they recognize federal holidays and will hold packages in transit on those days. Occasionally, shipping carriers experience a backlog, especially around peak times such as Christmas.

The backlog may cause packages to arrive after the estimated time. Weather delays may also play a factor. Delays can also happen due to bad weather, severe weather and national disasters can prevent mail from reaching affected areas.

Is there sales tax?

No. Since we are an Oregon business, there is NO sales tax applied to any purchases.
