If for some reason you are not, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (shipping rates apply). Returns must be unused/unworn, not exposed to smoke or pets, in the original packaging (if applicable), and in the same condition you received them.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

All orders received after 4:00 pm (EST) / 1:00 pm (PST) will be processed on the following business day.  Delays can occur if we need to investigate mistakes made during the checkout process or any other order irregularity. To avoid delays, please be sure to confirm the accuracy of all billing and shipping information.  We use USPS for shipping.

Exceptions due to Mailing Delays:

 

Some packages may take longer to arrive due to mailing delays. If packages are shipping using USPS, they recognize federal holidays and will hold packages in transit on those days. Occasionally, shipping carriers experience a backlog, especially around peak times such as Christmas.

The backlog may cause packages to arrive after the estimated time. Weather delays may also play a factor. Delays can also happen due to bad weather, severe weather and national disasters can prevent mail from reaching affected areas.
